Food nitrate meter is a portable analyzer designed for quick and accurate measurement of nitrate (NO₃⁻) concentration in drinking water, mineral water, agricultural products (leafy vegetables, fruits), meat, meat products, dairy and other foods.

Using Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) or UV Spectroscopy, this device provides the possibility of quality control and nitrate pollution monitoring in production lines, food industry laboratories, health centers, regulatory organizations and organic farms.

High concentration of nitrates in food and water can cause serious health risks; Therefore, food nitrate meter is known as an essential tool for product safety evaluation, compliance with national and international standards (such as Codex Alimentarius) and implementation of HACCP programs.
